Our experience with OceanView has turned into a complete nightmare. The owners Nancy and Bert are the most rude and unprofessional people I have ever encountered. They are both * and have convinced my poor Grandmother that they are broke so she would pay more monthly rent. $1300 more! They also accepted blank cheques from her, which is ludicrous. When we tried to negotiate with them and have a discussion regarding this, we were talked to in such a condescending way that they made us feel like we were in the wrong...". More...
