She informed me she would like to "DRY CUT" my hair because it's easier, she then proceeded to SNIP upwards (like you would do to trim bangs) all the way around the bottom of my hair and asked me if that was okay, I said No, I want 3 inches taken off, so around she went again, snipping...".
