Here's my story. decided last minute to get my hair cut. I have been growing it for 3.5yrs, I myself, had recently cut bangs for myself and layered my hair but it was time for more to come off. I was having professional photos done the next day with my husbands family, so I wanted to look and feel better. I entered the building, the young girl said she would do my hair for me, I sat down in her chair and proceeded to tell her what I wanted. about 3 inches cut off the bottom and layer it. She informed me she would like to "DRY CUT" my hair because it's easier, she then proceeded to SNIP upwards (like you would do to trim bangs) all the way around the bottom of my hair and asked me if that was okay, I said No, I want 3 inches taken off, so around she went again, snipping...".
