* Not Impressed in Barrie, Ontario, writes "I am so very sorry that I cannot write a good review on this experience. My mother was dying due to a stroke. She was not comfortable in the non-working bed that she was laying in! I asked for more pillows and was told pillows were a premium. I then stated to staff that they had 10 minutes to get me pillows or a bed that was fully functional. They chose to replace the bed. What more could you ask for in your last hours of life! Had to ask for meds and the cleaning staff told me about the budget. What kind of facility is this..."
