So, the story goes. I go in to purchase a motorcycle and am told they have one of these models in a crate in the back and it would be available in about a week (after being built/assembled). I signed the contract on the basis that they had the model in stock (in stock - crated) and that it would be available for pick-up within 9-10 days as stated. I go ahead and sign the papers thinking I just bought a brand new bike..."
