Not so good anymore, under fresh administration with sales background, not health or gerontology, so they do not understand the seniors at all. They are usually short staffed, when someone calls in sick they do not replace them, sometimes there is only one support staff on to take care of approx 80 people, I personally don't think this is safe, if two people get sick at once, who do they take care of...".
