Deferum – Removes the following from water: High Iron, TSS, Turbidity, Heavy Metals, Colloidal Particles, Gases (H2S, Co2, Methane, Radon, etc.)
Promotional Description:
Our main expertise is in water treatment, and more specifically in iron removal. We have come across various iron removal techniques ranging from greensand filtration, chlorination, ion-exchange to simple fountain-type aeration followed by sand/gravel barrier filtration into settling ponds. Another way is to keep the iron in solution by chemical means. However, in our view, all the above processes have limitations. The system can deal with iron concentrations from 0.2 to 75 ppm (on a non-reagent basis), and also with other pollutions (H2S, Co2, arsenic, smell, chromaticity, manganese, organic substances, etc.). It is an excellent prefilter for existing technologies (RO, UV, Membrane, etc.).
