We also offer workshops on alternative healing techniques, how to's with respect to harvesting, creating harmony and living a simple back to mother earth lifestyle.

Our focus is on Mother Nature and her bounty, harvesting and manufacturing of items from her bounty within the respects of harmony and sustaining her. Renewable resources are a focus. We are 90% Nova Scotian and we promote this as we encourage supporting the local economy. We also promote that we donate 5% of sales back in to the community.

We sell a little bit of everything and anything that can come from Mother Nature's bounty. We have hemp clothing and products, books on related topics, crafts, medicinal teas, salves and tinctures as well as honey, maple syrup and other food items. We have jewelry made of or with natural materials and dried herbs and botanicals. You name it, we have it or are going to have it.

Our Soap nuts come from Napal, they are 100% natural and are for laundry. We get them from a local supplier but they have to be imported b/c the tree does not grow here. We also have precious stones and crystals that are supplied out of B.C but those too cannot be found in Canada. We have these items b/c they are of importance to what we represent. That's all!
