This is about Terracorp Management - they rent apartments all over
Ontario They rent apartments tenant You will not want to rent from
Terracorp. Maybe at one time they were okay but since then they hired
this woman in London and she has no idea how to do her job. She
refuses to fix anything or takes forever to get back to you. She will
not let you speak to the owner. Since this woman was hired everyone is
complaining and the building managers are afraid they will get fired.
And Lastly they are failing to tell people that as of May 1. 2012. You
will be paying hydro fee on top of your already high rent. Be careful.

I have been a long term tenant of Terracorp In windsor, Ontario and
never have I seen it as bad as it is now. The manager is mean and will
yell at you, and she does not do her job. When the rental agent comes
she leaves for hours on end and the worst of all is our poor cleaning
man who does her job and everyone else's, he never stops. We all
prefer to go to him at least he won't yell at you. The manager is
lazy, and her dog barks constantly yet she reported another tenant for
her dog barking. We will lose great people over this woman.
Terracorp says to contact them but they don't care once you sign that
lease look out. They only care about your rent. Oh yes we have the
cleanest building but when he leaves it will go down hill. He is the
only one that cares. Terracorp shame on you for doing this. I will
never recommend anyone to live here unless you smarten up. SHAME!
SHAME! SHAME! ON TERRACORP.

500 Ridout St. is a great downtown building and the Building Manager
is a wonderful lady. I have told many friends to move here because
it's a great, new building and it's great to see downtown living
getting more attention.
