One * of a deal. Buyer beware. After two years of moving in ,
the deficiencies are still present. Even leaks and they just dont
give a *. This is where the government should be making laws about
how this company can take your money and then drop you like a hot
potatoe. They are a disgrace! I would not recommend this company
under any circumstance and if you are smart, check around to other
buyers and see what happened to them.

Everything to do with this company has been a battle, from the site
supervisor at the time of building who was never around, the trades
that didn't care, the comapany that said they never got our emails or
calls, the 36 times they came to do work on the house, the 3 months
we had to wait while living in the house for the basement to be
completed even though we had to pay at the beginning of the building
process for finished basement, the dryer vent that was expelling
inside wall, no insulation in the overhanging floors of the second
floor, promises of carept cleaning that later we were told they never
agreed to,frozen water line, missing isulation. You name it we have
had the bad luck of dealing with Green Tree Group.

We are highly disappointed with the after sales service and quality
in workmanship of our new Greentree home. And most neighbours in the
Durham dells development in Brandon have experiences that are the same
or worse with this builder. Some of the work performed was not done by
professionals or to basic building standards. Buyers beware! If
you are considering in buying a Green tree home do check their local
references knock on some doors we didn't and learned our
lesson.
Almost one year later; the items pre possession inspection the items
have barely been touched or corrected
After 6 months the Stucco started to fall off, electrical problems,
plumbing problems, silent floors that squeak etc.
