I wouldn't recommend Larlyn Property Management at all. We haven't
received our Audit in the last three years, even though every year
we're promised them. They also have paid for other properties bills
with our account in error, but still. You have to continually
follow-up to make sure things are completed. Their accounting
department continually makes errors. People have moved away and condo
fees were not paid - even up to a year. There are more problems.
They just don't do a good job, and we're not even sure what they pay
them for. They do give great excused though. Their experts in that.

Larlyn Property Management is the absolute worst company I have ever
had the misfortune of dealing with. Under their management our once
lovely building is in shambles and the financial reporting they
provide are a colossal mess.
