It is nice to see Canadian workmanship throughout the vacation homes
at Frontenac Shores. Having just recently toured there, these things
really impressed me. The fully Canadian Log Home company Confederation
Log Homes manufactures the logs right from Ontario right here in
Ontario. Truly Canadian. Also the hardwood flooring is from Ontario
milled in Ontario, the lighting "R.A.M" is a Canadian company that
supplies their lighting. The BBQ's are Broil King - Canadian
(Ontario). Even the pots and pans, cutlery and kitchen utensils are
all from P.E.I - Paderno! All of their outdoor furniture is made just
south of Tweed and the interior furniture is also made in Canada just
south of Kitchen in Ontario. It is difficult to get material "made in
Canada", but Frontenac Shores has done as much as they possibly could
to be as "Canadian" as possible - and with quality that all Canadians
can be proud of. Good Job Frontenac Shores!
