I would NOT reccommend this pet store, the managers, and employees
are EXCEPTIONALLY rude and inconciderate. One of the younger employees
decided to approach my dog and give him treats WITHOUT permission and
just happened to give him a treat that contained an ingriedient that
he was allergic to causing him to get sick and vommit after leaving
the store! When I later discussed her doing this without my permission
she became very defensive and rude and and had no regard for my
reasons for being upset.
I will not be shopping at this store anymore, in fact because of this
I have moved on to other pet stores in Bolton and found their prices
to be cheaper on 90% of the items! At least I won't be ripped off
anymore!
