Whatever happened to standing behind your product? I can tell you
this company does not, they just brush you off. I purchased a sofa
from Trendline Furniture and I am not satisfied with the quality of
the product and they will not even come out to take a look. I have
purchased items from [competitor] and they have returned/exchanged items
with no questions asked (was surprised). Purchasing from Canadian
company I was under the impression of higher quality product and
service, wrong on both accounts.

Can anyone tell me how I can them to actually come out and take a
look at the issue I am having with furniture manufactured by them.
When I purchased from a local dealer, the dealer told me they stand
behind their product. Unfortunately the local dealer I bought from
has since closed its doors, so it seems Trendline has wiped it hands.
Any suggestions?

Sofa fabric on my sofa from Trendline looks like I have had it for
10years, but is only 1 year old. I have been trying to have someone
come out and take a look at, but get excuse after excuse from them.
Now I am past the warranty period and told sorry, but warranty expired
too bad.

We bought a Trendline sofa and love seat about 8 years ago. Two kids
and two large dogs later and they're still in great shape (and these
have been our everyday sofas). The cushions have maintained their
shape, there are no tears, pulls or pilling of the fabric, and its
just as comfortable as the day we bought it. I don't think any "cheap
off-shore" furniture will still look this good after 8 years of more
than average wear & tear. We just moved into a larger house and I'm
looking to fill the space with more furniture from Trendline.

It is over priced furniture, that does not stand up to normal
usage/ware. Their service department is not helpful. Better off to
buy cheap off shore furniture where you know will have to replace it,
not like trendline furniture that you believe are buying quality
furniture, since it is made locally. Well you would be wrong. Stay
away.
