Not Impressed in Kingston, Ont. writes this customer review about Card's Bakery/Cakes by Krista.
We came from Ottawa and booked a cake tasting with Krista for a
wedding cake. She forgot and was not there, after waiting at the
bakery to call her, we waited for 45 minutes for her to arrive. She
was rude, arogant and did not appoligize for her lateness. She
doubled book us with another couple that were there for a cake tasting
as well. She did not have any cake for either party to taste. She
did not listen to us, she was rude, told us that this was not going to
work, turned on her heel and walked away from us while we were still
talking to her. I would NEVER recommend her service. She was
unprofessional and arogant. She needs to come down a peg from her
pedistal she thinks she is on. Apparently she thinks she is much
better than she is, and thankfully is not the only baker in town. I
recommend you go someplace else for your cakes.
