I would not recommend this company.
-Shoddy amateurish install
-Rubbish and debris left in areas worked
-Truck leaked oil
-Zero follow up
Shattered in Winnipeg, Man. writes this customer review about Alder Bros Glass & Aluminum Ltd.
Called for warranty over a year ago to have a tri pane plate glass
changed for leakage and a repair of a window stop. Was told they would
come out when they get the new window.
Months later asked to come and repair the stop before the windowsill
starts to rot. Still no service and they will do it when the window
comes. Called a few times and the same thing. Finally July 20 / 2010 I
call again and they tell me the window is finally in set up An
appointment for the next day, they show up and take out the window and
then there office phones that they need a credit card number before
they continue, told them I would give them a cheque as they asked for
the day before, (by the way I have been doing business with them since
1993 when I got my first window from them), the office told the
workers to drop the old window off on the side and leave.
They left and I had a hole in the wall with no window, open to the
elements July 21, 2010
If this is the way they treat and old customer I don’t want to be
there customer any more.
