Everyone should know just how helpful and obliging Susan and her
staff are at the Bookcase. Customer service is always represented
with a ready smile and helpful guidance in your quest to find just the
right book. I've been a loyal customer for many years. If you are
ever in doubt, need advice or can't find a particular book the staff
will go the extra mile to try to accomodate you. What more could you
ask for?
