Awesome prices and awesome service. May 6th I purchased a bedroom
suite, 3 pc leather sofa set and matching coffee tables. My delivery
was the following week and when I received it was I impressed not only
did they put it where I wanted it they also removed the garbage and
set it up for me for no charge. This was unexpected and I will be
telling people good things about these guys.

Do not buy anything from this store. I bought a coffee table from
them and paid the money in full. They delivered a wrong model which
was also broken and when I asked them about that they said that was a
mistake. After that they wouldn't answer my phone calls (I would call
them from my cell phone and they wouldn't pick up, then I would call
them from a different phone number and they would pick up right away).
They would schedule delivery dates and would never show up, keep
postponing the delivery. When I finally took them to court, I found
out that they didn't even have the coffee table in Canada and that
they were waiting for a new shipment from Malaysia, this is 6 months
after I paid for the coffee table! The sad thing is that court didn't
do anything and just told me that I had to wait! Isn't that
interesting? I checked [consumer protection] website and there were several complaints
just like mine, when I read some of the cases, it was like reading my
own case. A couple of years later somebody from a government agency
called me and asked me about my case. Bottom line, although I like to support local and
small businesses, after this experience I tend to shop from big stores. I may end up paying more, but at
least there's more liability and they usually have better service.
Again, don't buy anything from these guys, if they don't want to be
responsible, we should make them or they should be out of business.
