Appalled in Ottawa, Ont. writes this customer review about Mac Collision Centre.
I got a quote from them about a scratch on my car. They claimed they
needed to change actual parts of the car. I was appalled at the price
they quoted. I don't know much about cars, and I think they could see
that, so they tried to take advantage of me.
I went and got the scratch out myself. It was very superficial - and
they were trying to repaint (which my car did not need) change the
door, bumper and other ridiculous things.
Not a good place at all!
All Scratched Up in Ottawa, Ont. writes this customer review about Mac Collision Centre.
Car was brought to them for body paint warranty work. Upon return,
car doors were scratched badly, job was not fully completed, tints on
windows were damaged during the process, and personal items left in
trunk were tampered with.
Car was returned to Mac Street to fix the damage they admitted to,
but returned it at only 80%. Scratches are still visible.
The car was not taken care of, and was washed improperly (added
damage and swirls on paint).
Mac Street is not to be trusted.
