I ordered a toilet cone in October [2011] and received a damaged product
after a lengthy delay (the package apparently got stuck in Seattle).
I have repeatedly called the toll free number and rarely had someone
directly answer the telephone. I received a message that if we
accepted the damaged product from the post office, we would receive a
discount on the product and instructions on how to repair the toilet.
It is February [2012], and I have yet to see the promised credit or repair
instructions. This purchase has been a hassle and an expense that I
wish I had avoided.
