Shattered in Richmond, B.C. writes this customer review about Boardwalk WoodFloors Ltd.
We are extremely disappointed with both the service we received and
the quality of the floor. We dealt with Boardwalk because Steve
guaranteed that we would be more than 100% satisfied, yet:
1) the job took almost twice as long as we were told
2) they forgot to include one bedroom in the quote so part way
through the job the price rose
3) one of the workmen had a serious attitude problem
but most disturbing of all
4) the quality of the Mirage Floor is very poor. If something is
dropped on it, it SHATTERS, (not dents). Yet when we showed this to
Thomas and the Mirage Floor rep they reported back that the quality of
the wood is NORMAL
