I booked my very first all-inclusive holiday with this company. I
received no advice, helpful hints, or "let me find you the best
price". Sure I went in knowing where I wanted to go, but the person I
dealt with didn't search alternate dates, try to upgrade us, or
anything. Their hours are also very awkward; no evenings or weekends.
They don't even answer email, even when you respond to theirs!! Next
time I'll be going with Mayne Travel in the mall.
