I LOVE Solid Ground! I have been a customer for a number of years and
always found service to be courteous and friendly (both old and new
owners!:)). And - most importantly - the coffee is great, and the food
is even better - the sandwiches are scrummy and the Thai Red Curry
Soup is to DIE for. My only critisism would be that it is not
open long enough hours. Please keep the coffee brewing and the soup
stewing!

Solid Ground Coffee House has Terrible service.
I recieved terrible service here. I bought a coffee for $2.00 and
went for a warmup about half an hour later. Sorry I'm all out? ***?
your a coffee shop, and your out of coffee? granted they were closing
in 45 minutes, but come on!
Oddly enough I heard the Expresso machine steaming away about 5
minutes later, hmmm perhaps your to cheap! If your cheap, then charge
for refills, but you better have a damn cup of coffee waiting till
close!
I will never go there again, and I will advise everyone I meet not to
go there.
You blew it, talk about poor service for a service industry. I rarely
complain, but this one couldn't go without comment.
