I have rented from Brock King for a many, many, many years and have
been a very loyal tenant. Unfortunately, the first time I had a
problem with my apartment they made me jump through so many hoops
(like a dig) and treated me much the same way.
I was in shock that
they could be so very disrespectful and rude. I will not give details
but it was a very long torturous process to have the issued resolved.
The dollar to this company seems to be the bottom line not their
customer service.

Brock-King seemed like it was a decent company. The apartment we
planned to rent was large and bright. It was completely worn down and
we were assure it would be completely retro-fitted, although refused
to get it in writing. Should have been a warning light! Apparently
the tenant before had been there 14 years and it had never been
renovated. Gee, that's nice. The place was not retrofitted, just a
crappy paint job over everything and a new carpet over disgusting
flooring (I've seen under the radiator & am scared to look under the
carpet). They could definitely spend a few more dollars to make the
place look better. I would never rent with them again, and unfortunately have
11 months left here.
