This is a fantastic camp ground. The staff is very very professional
and willing to go over and above to help both overnight and seasonal
campers. The activities are always fun and welcoming.
keep up the great work!
Can't wait to go back!

Do NOT stay here. the owner has No idea about running a
campground
Place is run down , Owner is not friendly and owner is not very nice
to seasonal campers as well . No rules printed , but change for
everyone.
Owner has evicted people for no reasons. Owner is just in it for
the $$$
Over 30 seasonal campers have been evicted the past 2 yrs , and the
Owner does not care about people . Shame on this Owner!
I've seen a camper made to move their 30ft 5 wheeler and locate 2
feet from sewer dump station and told to take it or leave . Rental
trailers are old and gross . Garbage not picked up for 3-4 days at a
time, shame on you .
K M in Port Hawkesbury writes this customer review about St Ann's Bay Camp Park.
Due to the unprofessional treatment as a potential guest, I feel
obligated to write this review. My family traveled quite a ways to
stay at this campground, we had reservations to rent their "biggest
and new" camper. We got our groceries in Baddeck, we were all set for
our family vacation. Much to our surprise, when we arrived, the
camper we had reserved was made in 1973. We asked to see inside. The
musty smell was overpowering as we walked in, There was mold around
the sink, there
Was room for 4, before we reserved we told the lady that we are a
family of 5. We went back to the front office to tell the lady that
we had been misinformed as well as the disappointment ou 8, 6, and 3
year old felt. The reply we got was truly unbelievable. She told us
that the trailer had been booked every night, and no other guest had
ever complained. We suggested that she had misrepresented the quality
of the trailer, we were upset........she told us to leave the
cammpground at once and that we are idiots. I asked for the owners
name, I picked up a pen on her desk to write the info down, she
grabbed it out of my hand and told me the owners are in Florida. I
asked for their email, then she told me she was the owner and told me
to get the $%^ of her property. As we pulled out, she came outside
and gave us the finger in front of our children. Truly disappointed.
