Great sales pitch but lousy follow through. I was told my kitchen
would be completed by the end of June. It is now the beginning of
September and there are still outstanding items.
The installer would show up without all the items needed, cabinets
were not stained properly and the wrong glass was used. Lots of
errors were made on such a simple job.
When I call the company know one ever seems to know what is going on
and they say they will call me back, but they never do. I always have
to keep phoning them.
I was just getting new cabinet doors, but the salesman told me I
needed knew moldings at the top. When they added the first set of
cabinet doors it was obvious that the moulding did not need to be
replaced. I feel that I was being scammed.
I would never recommend this company to anyone. The cabinet doors
are good quality, but the service is terrible.
