They are very unprofessional in terms of time and they are eating and
drinking where they perform services and if you complain about the
time they tell you your service takes is taking way longer you will be
rudely bahaved with and complaining to owner also is the same result .

Dear Complainant,
We have read your complaint. However the facts are quite to the
contrary. Since last approx. 5 years, we have imparted professional
aesthetics and hair styling education to hundreds of students, also
assisting them in finding gainful employment to achieve their career
goals. All our teaching staff is well trained, well mannered giving
practical hands-on training to the students.
May we suggest just an informal revisit to our Brampton campus for a
friendly chat and to take you around the campus to prove hygienic
environment. We have curriculum in place and all systems work
accordingly in a professional manner. As a registered private career
college, we are Monte red by the Ministry of Training , Colleges and
Universities on regular basis and complied by the rules and
regulations of the such department.

Following a just a brief set of complaints about Jyots Academy. The
details can go into series of pages.
1. The institute is run by totally unprofessional, untrained
individuals - This includes the institute owner and the staff. The
main complaint is against Jyot. The owner.
2. She is a a total unprofessional individual without any business
ethics, ettiquettes or culture.
3. I fail to understand how the autohrities/ministry gave her the
license.
4. There is no sylabii/curriculum/system in the education imparted in
teh insti.
5. There is no hygenic scense and the owner does not care about
health authorities. This is a major health concern.
6. Joining this instt: is a total waste of hard earned money.
7. The Government authorities/Better business bureau should conduct a
survey/education audit of this institute so that the students are not
taken for a ride and canadian education standards can be maintained.
