Gwain in North Vancouver, B.C. writes this customer review about Back To Basics Child Care Centre.
We submitted a deposit to have our child attend day care here at the
beginning of August, for one day a week beginning in October. On the
day following we requested that they return our check. They refused
though we signed no documents and asked almost two months in advance.
If that's legal, it's at least dishonest.
