Not happy with the customer service I received, nor the product. They
frequently buy in bulk from the U.S.A. Discontinued frames that are
often times made in China and because of this, sometimes are not able
to, or willing to, repair your glasses under warranty. We had the
frames replaced by a different style of frame and there was huge gap
between the lenses and frame and the manager actually expected us to
be satisfied. It was replaced only after causing a fuss. Ridiculous.

Poor customer service by most staff and owner/manager on several
occasions. Not registered with BBB. Used to be the best place in
Chatham as far as we were concerned, until staff would order wrong
product and manager would take it out on us, wouldn't service
warranties properly, poor quality frames for budgets. Definitely go
somewhere else. Their prices and quality and ustomer service can ALL
be beat locally. I ended up without glasses completely because of
owner and he won't do anything about it.
