Disappointed in Hay River, N.W.T. writes this customer review about Greenway Realty Ltd.
I am very disappointed in Greenway Realty. I bought my first home
through this agency and was disappointed at the lack of information
given to me regarding the house buying process. The realtor didn't
really seem to care about my happiness and was only concerned with
closing the sale.
I have recently tried to sell my home through Greenway Realty as well
and am wishing now that I would have listed privately instead. The fee
that the realtor is charging is not outstanding by any means, until
you look at the lack of work she has done in promoting my home and
attempting to sell it. After 3 weeks on the market, the realtor
removed all advertisements of my home from around town and in the
newspaper and stopepd showing the house to potential buyers. When
there was an offer made on the house, the realtor did not disclose any
pertinent information to me regarding the offer until the offer fell
through after six weeks of waiting on my part. I am extremely unhappy
with Greenway Realty and would not recommend this real estate agency
to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the Hay River area.
