The project seems to have stopped . The Brightstar people who are in
charge of this seem not to care about any of the people who have
bought a condo. When they are contacted it is the same story over and
over no money or backing from the banks. I think in fareness the Town
Of Georgina should pull the sewer alotment and the purchasers money
should be given back with interest.

They dont [seem to] have the money to build such a project and sadly took home
buyers deposits without having the construction commitment in place.
This is an outrage and I for one feel deep sorrow for buyers putting
who have put down their hard earned money some 5 years ago and
nothing. I sincerily hope that Crates Landing will have the integrity
to please comment on a starting date once and for all!

Obviously they dont have the money to build it and took home buyers
deposits without having the construction commitment in place. It
should be illegal. No one should ever purchase pre-sale construction
without verifying if the developer has an irrevocable commitment from
a credible lender to build the product and on time.

Wow, I have heard of slow development but this quite frankly is
utterly ridiculous. I mean 5 years in the works and not even a shovel
started. I feel sorry for the people who purchsed some 5 years ago
and nada. Maybe things can hopefully go into overdrive and redeem
themselves.
