This storage facility on Website is described as Immaculately clean,
mud free parking stalls are regularly maintained and covered with
layers of Gravel. Fully Computerized surveillance cameras and
electronic gate.
The real story- many sites are underwater in spring causing damage
to vehicles,sites and roadways are muddy and some impassable unless in
a 4x4. Outside bussiness on site has large trucks in lot that chews up
the roads when soft. I've been there for a number of years and
maintenance consists of putting some poles in the way of sites, not
ground maintenance as led to believe.Holes have been left in
dis-repair on fence which led to vandalisms, getting gravel on sites
is almost impossible, Surveillance is a camera at the front gate, if
it even works. Trying to have problems resolved are a huge issue.
On the plus side, there is an electronic gate that usually works,
the rates are a little less than nearby competitors and location is
good.
