Disappointed in Calgary, Alta. writes this customer review about Alpine Quarries.
In determining the type of stone to use on an exterior fireplace, my
contractor brought my attention to Alpine Quarries. In visiting the
fabrication site, the front room receptionist was unbelievable. Very
helpful and sent me home with a few samples. I was so impressed with
the stone and the front receptionist that I decided to go with the
stone but unfortunately, that is where the customer service stopped.
After several phone calls to the estimator and no return phone calls -
I lucked out and he (Martin) answered the phone one day. He said that
he would be able to visit my site in the afternoon - I gave him my
cell and address - he refused to give me his cell #no. He didn't show
and absolutely no phone call that day or the following day. I have
proceeded to leave message but still no return phone call. I have to
wonder what kind of service I would get upon the stone being cut -
with that being said I have decided to go with another stone and
company (*) that has been very responsive to my project.
