I purchased a water softner from the owner of this business and it
never really did the job it was intended to do. One year later I
called for annual service to find that he had sold his buisness and
that the warranty was no longer in place. Very disappointed to say
the least as this man gave his word that he would honor the warranty
and that he would be around for a while. Poor integrity.
