Do not rent from Albert McDonagh Real Estate! This man promises to do
repairs but never follows through. Once you sign your lease you're
stuck. He does not respond to letters and ignores phone calls. In
order to get anything repaired no matter how big or small you have to
go through lengthly and time comsuming meetings with the Tenant
Board. Avoid this company!

condition & not even up to standards.I DO NOT recommend living in a
place owned by Albert McDonagh.

When we rented from him he lied about the condition of the apartment,
lied about repairs that would be made and had been done. Albert would
not return phone calls, was rude and generally forgetful. It was
probably the worst experience I could imagine renting.
Several aspects were not up to code and we finally decided to move
out in order to keep our children safe. I would NOT recommend living
in a place owned by Albert McDonagh.
