Bob at Zodiac Enterprises from Rockland installed a front step
landing and driveway/walkway on June 5, 2008. I have been trying to
contact them since early spring to come back and rectify a flooding
issue. The spring thaw and rain water flood the garage and breezeway.
The driveway and entrance to the breezeway renovations were level to
the ground. After renovations the driveway and entrance to the
breezeway are now higher in elevation therefore water is seeping onto
the breezeway and garage floors from outside. This was definitely not
constructed to code. I have tried several times to contact these
people but they do NOT return phone calls.
