I can only describe Salon Aird in one word. WOW. I am so excited to
finally meet a hairstylist who says she knows what she is doing, who
means it and who's work backs it up. I am a white lady with a mixed
child; what more can I say. My little girl has hair almost down to her
bumb and it is/was out of control. I didn't know what to do with it
and after going to 4 different hairstylists, I was about to give up
until I met Mavis. She took control of the situation and now my little
girl loves her hair. It is smooth, straight and manageable. Of course
I will be bringing her to see Mavis every 2 weeks and delighted to do
so. Mavis gave me direction on what to do and how to do it during our
visits as well my little girl is able to go swimming and still keep
her hair looking healthy and beautiful. I would refer and have
reffered Mavis to all of my friends.

I recently moved to Ottawa from Toronto and after trying 3 different
salons I am so glad that I gave Salon Aird the last try. Mavis was the
best stylist I have ever been to and i am so glad to say that she is
now my new stylist. She is the only salon that was able to do black
and white hair, as i am mixed and my hair is very difficult to do. She
relaxed my hair, trim it and did an updo style. I got my pedicure and
manicure done as well and was glad to have found a 1 stop shop. Mavis
treated me as if i knew her for years and everyone that was there was
like family. Thank you.
