Unbelievable! Although Luigi doesn't take new clients, as he
wouldn't cut my best friend's hair, he is simply amazing! He's been
cutting my hair for over 9 years and I would never consider anyone
else! He is a bit arrogant however as he told me to tell my friend to
go to Eveline Charles. But he is good! Must see his work to
believe!
