A word of caution in dealing with Cadvantage design. First they were
very slow in getting to the drawings. Originally they told me
approximately 3 weeks to finish print, well it was nearly 6 weeks.
Then their lack of knowledge of local city building codes caused my
house building to be delayed for another 2.5 weeks and cost me an
extra $525 for the engineering stamp that they had not known I needed.
Other than that they were not too bad to deal with. I will NOT be
doing business with them again and would NOT recommend them to anyone
other than my enemy.
