Stephen Pender was recommended to me by a friend. I made an
appointment to see him on a time sensitive matter and the day before
our appointment his assistant called me to cancel. I asked about
being squeezed in the day after and could the office get back to me as
soon as possible if that would work, so I would have some time to find
someone else, they never called back and I had to chase them down to
see if I could be squeezed in...which I could not.
Overall, I'm extremely disappointed with the professionalism of this
office, I expect meeting confirmations to be respected and if
cancellations are required, that they happen more than 24 hours before
the meeting, giving people time to react.
I would not recommend using this law firm.
