I am currently receiving harassment and possibly illegal treatment
from the Royal Bank. I am neither a customer or a debtor to the bank.
I was inhumanly treated by the Bank on Wyndham street several years
ago (and I wasn't even a customer then) and now I will never deal with
them again. Unfortunately, the Royal Bank has chosen to deal with me.
As I said before, I am not a customer and have no business connections
with them what-so-ever. Their collections department have taken it
upon themselves to wake us every morning with a phone call. Most calls
they just hang up after we pick up. Sometimes they call making demands
that we have no obligation to make. When I explained that I have a
disabled wife and asked them not to call so early, they have stated
that they will continue to do so. This kind of harassment is illegal
but becomes even more despicable when we have no business to conduct.
Royal Bank should be ashamed of their conduct!
