about work safety, ethics practised by night supervisor in the area.
Bad work ethics and unsafe management practice. Night supervisor
doesn't train new plant cleaners on how the machine works before the
machines are being cleaned up. Doesn't allow you to ask questions.
Not a good place to work, given the poor safety practice
for night plant cleaners; and the ethics of the night supervisor. The
supervisor must be assessed how he sees to it that employees are
well-trained before they clean the machines given the situation that
cleaners need to even go inside the machines to clean them. Also for
the management to see to it that the floors (smooth, flat floors)
where floods of oil spills are always being mopped is not safe. The
floor must have rough surfaces so that even if oil is spilling over,
that it can still be safe to walk there.
