Owner of Salon 5010 in Stratford, Ont. writes this customer review about Salon 5010. Hello there, I am the owner of Salon 5010 in Stratford Ontario. I noticed a client who claims to have received an uneven eyebrow wax at my salon. This unhappy client, as well as this type of exposure, is obviously a concern to me. I am not aware of this client, and to the best of my knowledge, she has not contacted us directly. Clearly, if we have a disatisfied client, I would love to have the opportunity to rectify the situation, but I think you can understand my concern.

They had lots of pictures for us to choose from, and were able to do our hair and makeup! I really appreicated the fruit and drinks thay had for us, and everyone was so kind! They even opened early for us! Can't say enough good things.
