Hello there,
I am the owner of Salon 5010 in Stratford Ontario. I noticed a client who claims to have received an uneven eyebrow wax at my salon.
This unhappy client, as well as this type of exposure, is obviously a
concern to me. I am not aware of this client, and to the best of my
knowledge, she has not contacted us directly. Clearly, if we
have a disatisfied client, I would love to have the opportunity to
rectify the situation, but I think you can understand my concern.

I was so happy with how my wedding party's hair turned out for my
wedding. They had lots of pictures for us to choose from, and were
able to do our hair and makeup! I really appreicated the fruit and
drinks thay had for us, and everyone was so kind! They even opened
early for us! Can't say enough good things.

I just had my eyebrows waxed at Salon 5010. they are not even close
to even! Going to go back and complain tomorrow to see about getting
my money back. If they are reasonable about it, I will let you know!
