December 13th 2009 -- Today I came into your establishment from Quispamsis I arrived to a
line up @11:50 waited in line and that's no big deal what so ever,
after all shops were opening you folks were a few minutes late.
After
getting in your store I came into purchase many items with your Air
Miles incentive.
The first purchase I made was Lindt Swiss Tradition Assorted
chocolates (your flyer reads 14.99 with 20 Air Miles with each box
purchased. I purchased two boxes at the cash rang in at 15.99 NO AIR
MILES, I was told don't worry air miles will be awarded just check on
line,staff were rude and asked if I wanted to talk to the manager with
a line up that was very long.
This is not a good way to do business I realize mistakes happen but
this is something that shouldn't. I wanted to purchase many other
items with air miles incentive and could not a fine any employee to
assist with ANYTHING.
I will be writing a letter to someone once I have cooled down this
is truly the worst customer service I have ever experience ANYWHERE
bar none.
