Frustrated in Brampton, Ont. writes this customer review about Garay M Dr.
Dr. Garay is always accepting new patients. My guess is it's because
his patients get frustrated with him and find other doctors.
If you
can get through on the phone, you usually get an appointment quickly
but you'll wait over an hour after your appointment time to be seen.
Your appointment will be VERY fast because Dr. Garay doesn't really
listen or do thorough examinations. He's in such a hurry to get you
out the door that he ignores practically everything you say. He'll
forget to take care of your referrals until you see him a few times.
He'll forget your prescriptions so you'll have to make another trip.
He doesn't follow up so you'll suffer needlessly, unless you're really
good at nagging, and he will make you nag. It's the only way to get
his attention away from the computer long enough to make him listen.
On a more positive note: Dr. Garay is fairly young and attractive but
those are the only positive things I can say after 2 years of being
his patient.
