Two years ago I purchased a group of 10 tans and used two last Feb.
I called today and booked a tan and when I went today to my
appointment they could not find my card. Doubting my honesty, they
proceeded to play dumb and not honour my purchase. Now I have to dig
up my records and look for the purchase receipt so that I can convince
them that I am telling the truth.
I am so disappointed that I will look for the receipt and then show
it to them and then tell them where they can put their tans. Who
needs it. I don't trust them so why would I trust their equipment.
I want to let potential customers know that they should not purchase
tan packages as they have a tendency to get lost or be used by other
customers. This company pretty much stole $80. from me without
honouring my purchase. Also, there is the numerous signs about the
place to please remove your shoes. Funny how the staff are allowed to
wear shoes and I bet they are their outside shoes to boot.
