Building looks poorly managed, balconies used for
storage, laundry, depending on the occupants moving in or out. Satellite
dishes, all detract from the appearance of the outside. They should be
removed and have one dish on the roof if occupants want the service
throughout the building.
Is it really a Condo still,or all rental or partial Condo? Seems to
have a large turnover of renters.
