Last year their service was exceptional, that is why we went with them
again this year.
However this year, their service has been less than satisfactory.
Prior to Christmas we barely had any snow, so we didn't see the signs
until the new year.
The few times it did snow, they were not what I would consider timely,
they would arrive in the evening which is not ideal if you have to put
your car in your garage after work. Their solution to this was to
have me park on the street. However since they come after 7:00 p.m.
that is the time the city parking ban usually starts.
Yesterday, they 'forgot' to come altogether. Their solution to my
frustration was to have me come to their office and manage their
business, which was totally inappropriate.
