I am sorry to say that I had a very bad experience with Big Joe's. I
ordered ,and paid for, a jar of Phytoberry.After many months of
waiting for it to come, and many emails back and forth, I never
received it and they will not refund my money.
I am in the process of trying to get the credit card company to make
them pay.
I ordered it in October of last year, they billed my card $51.27 in
December and they never sent it. I am hugely frustrated and don't know
where to turn.
