Do NOT go here!
I have never experienced such terrible service. The pain and
suffering this woman put me through was horrible! She installed my
false eye lashes incorrectly and when I went back to ask her for help
to take them off, she shrugged her sholders and told me she was fully
booked. I have worked at a spa and know what a spa schedule looks
like, the woman had a completly free afternoon. She was not interested
at all in assisting me, even though she could see there was an excess
of glue, she had glued in cotton to my lashes, there was glue all over
my face and my real lashes had been glued down so they were scratching
my eyes.
I had to get a friend to drive me all the way into Calgary to get
them removed as I could not see to drive. Usually it would only take
1/2 an hour to remove the lashes, because of the excess of glue it
took 2.5 hours.
This woman messed with one of the most important things, my eyes. I
am lucky they didn't get infected.
If I could give you any advice, do NOT go here if your life depended
on it. This woman should be taken out of buisness.
